Message from the
Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa.

I am immensely happy that the State Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation (SOTTO) has been set up in our state.

 I take pride in the fact that Goa is one of the few states to have a SOTTO in the country. For decades we have seen people lose their precious lives due to organ failures and unavailability of transplant facilities. It is our proud privilege, that our Government has initiated setting up of State Organ & Tissue Transplant Organization. An initiative as this will not only make organs available but also make available a state recognized official platform to every citizen of this state to pledge their organs.

 For the success of the transplant Programme in our state, we all need to join hands and contribute to it by choosing to be an organ donor. I congratulate this noble cause and urge our citizens to make the best of the made available facilities.
